My wife suffered a brain haemorrhage four years ago and, after a long period in hospital and rehab, she is now at home and with a wonderful team of people to support us. I still work and look after my wife nights and weekends. Sometimes I cope well and sometimes I feel plain exhausted. Most of all, I tend to feel very alone. Someone just to talk to, and maybe to share an occasional meal with, would help me a great deal. I would also like to feel that by sharing experiences I could help someone else.
