I work for a Carers Support Service in the UK called Carers Connect. We support all carers and work with the Lincolnshire Carers Partnership. We have 5 field Coordinators who do 1:1 visits with carers, assist with form filling, benefits checks, carers assessments/emergency plans, provide information and advice at our carers support groups. We have an EELL's (Education,Employment,Learning and Leisure) scheme to provide access and opportunities to carers . . as well as a discounts scheme and a carer group grant . . .
