Total Pampering

no1carer.jpgWhat a new woman I feel!!! Just had a Top-to-Toe Pampering with a friend at a Beauty Salon paid for by such a kindly, selfless person... and so much appreciated. Can't remember the last time I actually did anything for myself. It was absolutely wonderful and goodness knows why, but I was feeling guilty the whole time about my PIGLET I'd left at home (Person I give Love and Endless Therapy to)... taken from Piglets Guide to Caring by Hugh Marriott.

All I can say is, if you haven't had any ME time for a while, change that IMMEDIATELY!! Go out and treat yourself. And if the credit crunch means the dosh isn't spare right now, don't dispair, there are plenty of things that come FREE. A walk in the park, a picnic on dogandtray.jpgthe beach. Invite a friend round if you can't leave your PIGLET and have YOUR own Pampering Session, do each others Nails, Hair, Make-Up and it won't cost a penny and you'll have a ball!!

Go on, make 'ONE' little change today that makes 'YOU' feel better.... and write in and tell EVERYONE all about it, just like I did. Happy Pampering. Lots of Love, Carer Buddy xxxx
